Module VII-4: Investigative Process
Investigative Process: This module is focused on competition agency investigative practices: the tools, principles, rules, and policies used to guide investigations. Specifically, this module uses the ICN’s work on Investigative Process to introduce ideas and considerations for agencies that are looking to benchmark and possibly improve their own investigations. This module focuses on two pieces of ICN consensus work: the ICN Guiding Principles for Procedural Fairness in Competition Agency Enforcement and the ICN Guidance on Investigative Process.
