Competition Agency Confidentiality Practices Report

This report on agency confidentiality practices was part of the investigative process project work on procedural fairness. The report based on a survey of 38 ICN members aims to give a representative overview of the most common confidentiality practices and provide insight into how different jurisdictions have developed their practices to contribute to effective and efficient investigations.
