Advocacy (2001-2003)

Competition advocacy is an important function for all antitrust authorities. It complements law enforcement activities, assists in public education and helps to promote economic development. The Advocacy Working Group collected, analyzed and distributed information on competition advocacy for discussion and use of ICN members.

The workproduct of the group is listed below:

2. Report on Advocacy Provisions prepared by the Model Advocacy subgroup, 2003
