Agency Effectiveness
Mission
The mission of the Agency Effectiveness Working Group is to identify key elements that contribute to successful capacity building and competition policy implementation in developing and transition economies. The Working Group will examine a variety of factors determining the ability of competition agencies to achieve their objectives in an efficient and effective way.
Current Work
Currently, the Agency Effectiveness Working Group is working on the Effective Project Delivery (EPD) and Effective Knowledge Management (EKM) chapters of the Competition Agency Practice Manual. The “draft EPD chapter” and the “draft summary of answers to the EKM questionnaire” will be presented for discussion at the 10th Annual Conference in The Hague.
