The Operational Framework was adopted in Naples on an interim basis with a view to establishing this Working Group, co-chaired by the Italian Antitrust Authority and the Canadian Competition Bureau, to consider outstanding issues, in particular, how to constitute the Steering Group and how to fill gaps that were observed in relation to institutional/funding needs of the Network. Members in Mérida confirmed revisions to the Operational Framework based on the Recommendations of the OFWG and tasked the OFWG to consider some outstanding issues to be addressed by, and at, the Seoul Conference.

The OFWG works in close cooperation with the Funding Working Group.
