August 29, 2003 - Following the appointment of Commissioner Konrad von Finckenstein as judge to the Federal Court of Canada, the Steering Group has confirmed Dr. Fernando Sanchez Ugarte, Chair of the Mexican Federal Competition Commission, as Chair of the Steering Group.
