The aim of this Forum is clear and simple: "All competition all the time". It is open to all national or multinational competition authorities entrusted with the enforcement of a competition law. The success of this initiative, of course, depends on the participation and contribution, on a voluntary basis, of ideas from all competition authorities. In the hope that you will decide to join this important initiative, we have attached the following background information for your review and consideration:
The process for joining is simple. Please mail or fax a letter to Dr. Dae Hyung Kang of the Korean Fair Trade Commission who is responsible for member recruitment. In this letter, you should indicate the desire of your competition authority to participate in the ICN and your endorsement of the attached provisions (Memorandum on the Establishment and Operation of the International Competition Network). For your ease of reference, we have also enclosed a model letter for the signature of the head of your competition authority. Please complete the attached Member Registration Form and enclose it with your accession letter. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact: Mr. Donkyu LEE. It is my sincere hope that you will join colleagues from other national and multinational competition agencies who are members of the ICN.
