Competition Policy Implementation

The mission of this working group is to identify key elements that contribute to successful capacity building and competition policy implementation in developing and transition economies.

The group consists of three subgroups focused on:

Subgroup 1: The Effectiveness of Technical Assistance;

Subgroup 2: Enhancing the Standing of Competition Authorities with Business Experiences of Young Agencies

Subgroup 3: Competition and the Judiciary.
