Competition advocacy is an important function for all antitrust authorities. It complements law enforcement activities, assists in public education and helps to promote economic development. It is the mandate of the Advocacy Working Group to collect, analyze and distribute information on competition advocacy for discussion by members of the ICN.

The group consists of four subgroups:

2. Model Advocacy Provisions
3. Sectoral Studies
4. Practical Techniques
