Antitrust Enforcement in Regulated Sectors (2003 -2005)

The activity of antitrust authorities is particularly important in the regulated sectors where exclusionary and collusive practices can be encountered. The working group described the limits and constraints facing antitrust authorities intervening in regulated sectors as well the enforcement experience in regulated sectors and examined the relations between antitrust authorities and sector regulators.
