The General Framework subgroup addresses legal and conceptual challenges of anti-cartel enforcement.
The focus of the subgroup is the scope of anti-cartel behavior, support for anti-cartel enforcement, and basic elements of effective institutional frameworks used to detect, investigate and punish hard-core cartel conduct.
