The objective of this Subgroup is to help competition agencies to improve their anti-cartel enforcement techniques. It aims to enhance the effectiveness of anti-cartel enforcement by identifying and sharing specific investigative techniques amongst agencies with differing levels of experience. The work of Subgroup 2 is accomplished primarily through two vehicles: the Annual International Cartel Workshop and theAnti-Cartel Enforcement Manual.
