Merger Review Laws, Related Materials, and Templates

To assist the Working Group in its efforts and to provide ready public access to information on ICN members' merger review systems, the Notification & Procedures Subgroup has established links to merger-related materials on ICN members' websites. On these linked pages, members have posted materials that may include their current merger legislation, implementing rules and regulations, guidelines, and related materials. Members have also posted responses to a set of questions addressed to all member agencies (the "template") designed to highlight important features of their merger review systems, such as notification thresholds and review periods.

The ICN is posting the competition legislation and/or templates of members that do not currently have agency websites. The ICN vouches neither for the accuracy nor completeness of the information on any of these linked pages but has asked each member to be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Additional links will be posted as members make the information available.
