To assist the Cartel Working Group in its efforts to provide readypublic access to information about ICN Members’ anti-cartel enforcementregimes, Subgroup 2 on Enforcement Techniques has established links*to Anti-cartel Enforcement Templates designed to highlight importantfeatures of their anti-cartel systems. Some ICN Members have alsoprovided links to related materials on their websites, includingrelevant legislation, implementing rules and regulations, guidelinesand information about cases.
The ICN vouches neither forthe accuracy nor completeness of the information on any of these linkedpages but has asked each member to be responsible for maintainingaccurate and up-to-date information. Additional links will be posted asmembers make the information available.
